PERTH, 2nd November. The death sentence has been recorded against three aboriginals on a charge of murdering a native woman. The accused admitted their guilt. They gave evidence that the husband of the murdered woman had murdered the wife of one of the accused and a sister of the other two. Tribal law demanded the death of his wife, and the husband fled, leaving her to her fate. Two of the accused held her while the ,third speared her through the body. This failing to kill her, they then twisted her neck till it was dislocated.
