(REUTERS TELEGRAM.) HOME, 25th October. Signor Mussolini has started on a tour of the northern provinces in celebration of the anniversary of the Fascists' march on Rome. He was triumphantly received at .Turin, where he addressed 100,000 "black-shirts" after a military tournament, and was loudly acclaimed.

According to the "Messagero," six grenades exploded prematurely at the tournament, wounding an officer .and five soldiers.
