A TENSE MOMENT
LONDON, 14th October. The "Sunday Express's" Berlin correspondent says Ilerr Stresemann and Herr Stinnes, with pale, tensfe expressions and nervous gestures, confronted each other before the sitting began, and then Herr Stinnes stamped out. The Exchange Agency's Berlin correspondent says it is reported that Herr Stinnes, after the encounter with Herr Stresemann, refrained from voting. There was tense excitement in the House, the galleries, and outside. The result was generally applauded.
