MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Police and indictable cases were dealt with by Messrs.;.R. D. Hiinlon and A. Longmore, Justices of the Peace, at the Magistrate's Court, to-day. Charged with indecent assault, Joseph William Georgeson, alias James M'lntosh, alias M'Leod, was remanded until Friday. • ; '
A labourer named William Robert Hanvage Watt, who pleaded guilty to a charge of ..indecently- assaulting a girl under twelve years of age, was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. The offence was committed at a local theatre, and the accused subsequently admitted the' offence to Detective? M'Lennan and Jarrold.
