(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, 2nd October. The "Daily Telegraph's" diplomatic correspondent says: "Lord Curzon had a conferenoe with the Belgian Ambassador. I team from Brussels that Belgian opinion is becoming restive at the developments within Germany, and the slowness of the inter-Allied exchanges."
