After seven years of arbitration and litigation between the Junction North Broken Hill and Broken Hill Proprietary Companies, respecting a contract for the treatment by the hitter company of the former's concentrates, the High Court of Victoria has dismissed the Junction North Company's appeal, and ordered ;he company to pay all costs. The appallnnt's chum was for 3156,000. The costs of the litigation amount to approximately £30,000.'
