An Athens message says satisfaction is expressed at the agreement reached with the Bank of Englahd to advance Greece £1.000,000. and more if needed, against a loan which will be issiied under the auspices of ■ the League 'of Nations for the nitiihtsnance and settlement in Greece of refugees. This is the first intitnatibn of sucli an advance.
