The small supply of insulin that will be available will only be sufficient to deal with a very small number of patients, and these are being arranged for by Dr. Ewen, at present acting as superintendent of the institution Blood-testing will be carried out as the treatment proceeds, and the effect generally will be studied. The big question m the treatment is to discover what varieties of diabetes can be treated with insulin, and all efforts will be directed to this discovery. ;
