following upon, llussolini's remarkable oration, in wjjicK he hinted, at a dissolution of the Chamber. of Deputies if the Electoral KeTorm Bill was obstructed, the Chamber passed a vote of confidence in the Government by 303 votes to '140. A motion approving the general principle's; of the "Bill Was adopted by 235 votes to 139, twenty-seven members' abstained from voting. ; V_
