'..'•■• LONDON, 17th July. The Prince of Wales opened the Congress of the International Society of Surgery, attended by 748 delegates,, representing 28 nations. The delegates include M; Vpronoff, the expert in the monkey gla.n'd treatment for old age. He states that during the past year the Pasteur. Institute has sent a commission to' Africa to construct a park in which to breed chimpanzees, but M. Voronoff says the best results are obtained from human glands. These can be obtained from dead, people. The glands of healthy youth, who have died, should bs stored in freezing chambers and used to rejuvenate the old
