_ WASHINGTON, 14th July. The United- Press Association learns on good authority that tha German Government has admitted to America that it accepts lull liability for the sinking of the Lusitania. The admission was made by German representatives before the Mixed Claims Commission, which is adjusting American war claims against Germany. The German admission includes liability for all damages and loss of life.
