CALL ON SHARES
Further evidence and legal argument in regard to the action brought by the Petrotite and Challenge Heaters, Ltd., against Henry Harper Major Bodley, for the sum of J24C6 Eg, as recovery of a call in shares, was heard by Mr. Justice Salmond, at the Supreme Court yesterday. . Mr. P. S. K. Macassey appeared for the plaintiff company, and the defendant was represented by .Mr. J. S. Hanua. Evidence was Riven by several witnesses ti> show thai tho prospects of the company, were excellent,, and that there wa«/no "round for the allegations of misrepresentation made by* the defendant. His Honour reserved his decision.
