The old story is revived of the tall Kentuckian who hurt the feelings of a -friand about half as tall. The smaller man began-pounding the big colonel in the stomach. The big man looked down and said: "What are you doing there?" The furious small man exclaimed: "I'm fighting, sah, by gad, sah!"
