LONDON, 10th May.

For the first time in the history of factory inspection no fatal accident occurred during the year in any factory under the Explosives Act. During the year only eleven people were injured, though there were fifty-two deaths and 373 injuries in the illegal manufacture of explosives and under conditions to which, the Explcsives Act does not apply.
