COPENHAGEN, 10th May. At the last meeting of the Revolutionary War Council M. Trotsky declared that France had loaned Poland 400 million francs with which Poland had. increased the manufacture' of armaments and 'strengthened her artillery. Russia was therefore forced to do likewise. Conscripts and also two classes of the reserves will be called up in the coming summer.
