WELLINGTON NAVY LEAGUE
The members of the Wellington Branch of the Na.yy League are cordially invited by advertisement to attend the annual meeting- of the league to be hold in the Chamber oi Commerce, Customhouse quay, at 8 p.m. on Tuesday next. The league urges that the basic foundation of the security of the Empire Ib an adequate navy,, merobant service, and air. force, and in view of the prominence given in recent months throughout the world to naval and air force matters, the league should this year have & record meeting. Also, there are so many disturbing factors tending to disruption in the world today that loyal and patriotic British citizens naturally look to such an organisation ac the Navy League for help.
