SPIES OR SABOTEURS, LONDON, Bth March. The "Morning Post's" Dusseldorf correspondent states that 1000 German railway workers serving under French control are unskilled and unreliable. Many are undoubtedly^ spies who entered the French service in order to betray them to their follow countrymen. Others aie daring saboteurs. One was actually Caught cutting telephone wires.
