LODGE MEETINGS

The fortnightly meeting of Pioneer No. 1 Juvenile Lodge, U.A.0.D., was held in the Masonic Hall, Donald M'Lean street. Bro. Mann, A.D., presided over a large attendance. P.D.P. Bro. Mullins, superintendent, read a, letter from "An Elder Brother," which was much appreciated, and Bro. N. Ingram, D.P., spoke on the value of the "Gazette" as an educational medium. Visitors were present from Excelsior, Pacific, and Coronation Lodges. It was decided to forward congratulations to Denniston Lodge on the opening of Pioneer No. 4 Juvenile Lodge. During the evening competitions were indulged in, and a pleasant time was spent.
