At the National Sporting Club, Bugler Lake easily outpointed Tommy llarl'ison for the bantam championship. The light was for n club purse of £700 and the now Lonsdalo Jielt. Lake is a youngster of twenty-two, and has only boxed for four years, during vhich time lie has been engager! in lifty-.seven contests and been defeaied only three times. Lake was very quick and elusive in the early round!;, though Harrison occasionally gut in a. hard right, which steadied Lake. Later Lake, showed marked superiority. Harrison fell to a left to the chin in the thirteenth round, lint was up quickly. Harrison tried all he could tv secure a knockout, but Luke fought Harrison away in fine style, showing manifest superiority.
