The International Court of Justice is considering the question of whether France.has the right to impose conscription on British subjects in Tunisia. Mr. Douglas Hogg, tlae Attorney-General, outlined the British case.
[The British subjects in question are probably all, or nearly all, Maltese, of whom many are settled in Tunis. Malta is only about 180 miles away.]
