CAPETOWN, 14th Dec. The match between the M.C.C. and Pretoria was continued in hot weather. Marylebo'he in the first innings lost seven wickets for 300, and then declared. Additional scores were:—Mead 38, ]Brown 16, Mann 8, Stevens (not out) 24, Kennedy (not out) 3. Miller took three wickets for 63. Pretoria, in the second innings, made 116. Broderick scored 43. Macaulay took six. wickets for 18, four of them in one over after the sixth wicket had fallen for li 6.
