LIBERAL-LABOUR LEADER
TO TOUR THE SOUTH ISLAND.
Mr. T. M. Wilford, Leader of the Liberal-Labour Party, is to leave for Christchurch to-night. Mr. Wilford has received numerous requests to address meetings at different centres in the South, and as far as possible he will comply with these. He has had a very busy week-end in Wellington, and he stated to-day that the reports which were coming to hand from the various electorates were more than satisfactory as far as his,party was concerned. The itinerary of the South Island tour, has not yet been arranged, but Mr. Wilford is likely to be absent from Wellington for some time.
