SISTINE CHOIR SOLOISTS.

This • famous combination is to commence its Wellington season in ths Town Hall, to-night, when accommodation's expected to be at a premium. The Choir has met with quite a sensational, success at Auckland and the prominent provincial centres where it has appeared. A splendid programme likely to appeal to all tastes has been arranged for the opening,, and will include:—"Greetings to the City of Wellington" by the hill Choir; soli and chorus (from ' "Forza Del Destino"), soloists, Signors Paganelli and Belli; song (from "Re di Lahore"), Signor Massoglia; Neapolitan song, "Core. Ingrato," Signor Sarti; song (from "Salvator Rosa"), Signor Belli; song, "Vesti la Giubba"- (from "Pagliacci), Signor Facchini; Soldiers' Chorus (from "Faust"); soli and chorus (from "Moses in Egypt"),' soloists Signors Paganelli, Faccnini, Rasponi; song, (frorn^ "Ebreo") '. Signor Constantirii; "Drinking Song" - (from ' "Cavalleria Rusticana"), soloist, Signor Pasinati; song ("Was it a Dream? ), Signor Rasponi; song, "M'Appari tut t'Amor" (from "Martha"), Signor Paganelii.; Neapolitan song, "Funicbli-Funicola" (solo and chorus),'soloist, Signor Facchini. The conductor is Maestro ■Emilio Casolari. A full operatic orchestra accompanies' ttie big concerted items. The Choir has an almost endless repertoire, which allows nightly changes of programme. Patrons are requested to be in their seats by 8 o'clock, as the doors, will be closed during each number.
