Eariv 'ii Nov«mber next the White Star iine will inaugurate a sei-vice between Bremen. Southampton, and NewYork. The steamers engaged w this trade will be the Pittfburfi, 16.522 ton)s, and the Ca.nopic, 12,097 .ton&. The former is a new vessel carrying two classes of passengers, the new service .. will commence, with the sailihe of the Pittsburgh from New York on 9th November, end two days Inter the Canopic \Vill bejxiii. her initial trip from Brexcen. She will be followed from that po-rt by the Pittsburgh on Ist Dceembei, and a regular service will thereafter be maintained.
