STOCK NEAR SCHOOLS
The driving of stock in tho vicinity of 'tho.Johnsonville School during - certain > ' ( hours of the' day is regarded'as a danger' to children. Tho School Committee brought the "matter under the notice of the Makara County Council at to-day's meeting. The council, decided to trans-, mit the complaint to the various companies and individuals concerned, and to request any suggestions which may enable the council to draft a bylaw that would meet the convenience of drovers and eliminate any .danger to children attending school.
