(»I TMJSCRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, 25th Sept. The New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union intends to send the New Zealand road champion, Phil. O'Shea (who put up the best time in Saturday's TimaruChristchurch road race) to Australia to compete in the Warrnambool-Melbourne road race next month. A second man will also be sent, probably P. Hill.
