LONDON, 23rd September. rt&& " Observer" reproduces a, hitherto unknown pencil portrait of the poet Keats by his friend Charles Brown, who emigrated to New Zealand in 1840, and whose grand-daughter, residing in Auckland, has sent a copy of the original to Sir Sidney Colvin- In his article in the "Observer," Sir-Sidney states that this new record of Keats's features by his most intimate friend is a. thing to be gratefully welcomed and treasured.
