C'HRISTCHUBCH, 27th August. The annual golf match between the Wellington and Ohristchurch Golf Clubs for the Tuson Cup was played on the Shirley links, and won by Wellington by 8 games to 4. Eight men a-side were played, the morning being devoted to singles and the afternoon to a 4-ball match. Wellington, in the singles, won four games to two taken by Christcnuroh, while the remaining two games were halved. In the 4-ball match, Wellington won three games to Christchurch's one, and they thusi retain the Tuson Cup. The golf was of a high standard throughout, the Wellington Mifen being in particularly good form, The following are.the ,results, the Wellington players being mentioned frrst in each instance > Single*. ,- ■/ A.
