WELLINGTON TRAMWAYMEN
AND THE ARBITRATION COURT.

Asked to-day whether the Mayor's statement was correct, Mr. A. L. Monteith, secretary of the Tramwaymen's Union, stated: "I know of no agreement whereby the Wellington Train waymen's Union has agreed to proceed to the Arbitration Court."
