CRIMINAL ACTION BEGUN.

(ATJSTHAUAH - NEW ZBALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, 9th July. Mr. Dangherty, Attorney-General, has begun a criminal investigation to force the return of the German dye patents. Mr. Garvan has been subpoenaed to present the books of the Chemical Foundation before a Federal grand jury at Washington.
