The brother-in-law of Father Delormes, who was charged with murdering his half-brother, asked tho Court at Montreal to interdict the priest in order to prohibit him exercising any of his civil privileges relating to property. He further asked for a family council, at which steps could be taken for the management of the Delorineii estate
