NEW YORK,.4th July. In a speech at Marion, Harding expressed his determination to enforce Prohibition.'' He said : "The Eighteenth Amendment denies to the minority a ~ fancied sense" of personal liberty, but the amendment ia the will of America, and must be sustained by the Government and public opinion, else contempt for the law will undermine pur very foundation." ■' ■ [
