A MISSING YACHT
ARRIVAL ON QUEENSLAND COAST
'ALLEGED CONFESSION OF THEFT,

A yacht has arrived at Yeppoon, which t is claimed is identical with the auxiliary yacht Raata, which was stolen from Auckland on' . 3rd May. 'Sfio name Onoata is now painted on the vessel. The boat was seen off Yeppoon some days before she came in. It is stated that the men aboard the yaoht declared that. they came from Tahiti. It is also alleged that they made a clean breast of the whole affair, admitting that they stole the yacht in New Zealand and renamed her.
A Press Association message from Auckland states that the police have been advised by cablegram that Alfred Westlako, Thomas Smith, and George Mills were arrested at Yeppoon, near Eockjbampton (Queensland), on the arrival there of the yacht Raata, belonging to Mr. William Standish, of Auckland. Officers will leave on Friday to bring the prisoners back. .
