- LONDON, 4th July. Sir James Allen, Sir Francis Bell, and Sir Arthur Steel-Maifcland, formerly Joint Parliamentary Urider-Secre-tary for the Foreign Office, will jointly represent New Zealand at the League of Nations Assembly. It is understood that Sir Arthur Steel-Maitland offered his. services at his own expense, and Mr. Massey accepted the offer.
