WASHINGTON, lafc July. A regular epidemic of Kidnappings of Americans by Mexican bandits is reported. The State Department has received advices of another case. It is believed that these are phases of a revolutionary movement designed to overthrow the Obregon Government. President Obregpn declares that most of the kidnappings are untrue.
