(Beqeived July. 3, 9 a.m.) x WASHINGTON, Ist July. President Harding has ordered the Alien Enemy Property Custodian to reclaim all German trade marks "and patents, which , the former Custodian, My." Garvin, during President .Wilson's administration, had granted to the Chemical Foundation, a privately-owned corporatipn now headed by Mr. Garvin. President Harding desires the Government to resume the ownership of-all past profits, as well as of the patents and tvade marks themselves, Charges have been made by Senators that these valuable. rights, valued at twenty million dollars, were sold for a quarter of a million dollars.
