WELLINGTON ROWING CLUB
The annual presentation of prizes of the Wellington Rowing Chib took place at the Alexandra Hall last evening. The President (Mr. W. J. Gaudin) congratulated the, chib on ite recovery since the war, and reminded , the/ gathering that when Avar was declared the shed closed its doors, and 68 out of 70 men went to the front. The following are the prizewinners:—Bert Shaw Memorial Fours: S. Wogsn (stroke), J. Johnson (3), J. Ollowsy (2), R. Groy (bowl. Biddings Fours: C. J. Synionds (stroke), W. Power (3), H. Webb (2): E: Toomath (bowV Senior Fours: G. Wilson (stroke), P. Mswson (3), J. Johnson (2), ,R. Hayes (bow). Senior Sculls: G. Wilson. Junior Sculls: P. Mawson. Ladder Sculls: R. Hayes. Handicap Sculla: G. Zander. Duncan Double Sculls: R,. Hayes (stroke), S. Reid (bow); Club Double Sculls: G. S. Bright (stroke), A. Watts (bow). Senior TParni: F. Bognuda (stroke), P. Mawson (bow).
