TWO ACCIDENTS

Two minor accidents occurred in the city during the week-end. While, playing football for the Athletic Club at Lower Hutt on Saturday afternoon a young man named Douglas Keenan, 18 years of age, broke one of his legs. He was admitted to the Hospital and is reported to-day to be progressing satisfactorily. A single man named John Williamson, who lives in Leeds-street, was admitted to the Hospital on Saturday afternoon suffering from injuriea to his head, caused through a fall from a earfc at the corner of Hawker and Roxburgh streets. His condition is not at all serious.
