SENSATION IN BERLIN.

A dramatic platform murder, in the presence of twelve hundred V°ple> vas committed in the Philharmonic Hall. Milinkoff, leader of the Russian Cadet Party, .was speaking, when two Russian Monarchists commenced firing, from the front row of stalls. There was an instant panic. Friends on the . platform tried to protect Miliukoff, and others dashed down and seized the assailants. Nabokoff, an ex-member of this Supreme Court, was shot through interposing his body to save Miliukoff. Six others were wounded. '
