ORDER FOR POSSESSION

The first caste brought to secure eviction of a tenant from a house built vmder the Government housing scheme came before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court to-day, , when His Majesty the King (who was represented by Mr. P. S. K. Macassey) sought possession of a tenement at Miramar from F. J. Smith,. Mr. R. T. Bailey (of the Labour Department) gave evidence that since taking over the house Smith had only made one payment, and was now £77 in arrears. Tho Magistrate made an order for possession within seven days, and gave judgment for £77 and costs. The action was not defended by Smith.
