OFFICER AND MINISTER
INQUIRY TO BE HELD.
The conduct of Dr. T. M'Kibbin, the Auckland Health Officer, in relation to the Ministerial head of the Health Department, is to be the subject of an inquiry. Mr. A. D. Thomson has been appointed to conduct the inquiry, at which Dr. M'Kibbin will be represented by Mr. C. P. Skerrett, K.C. No date has yet been fixed, but it is expected tbat the inquiry, will be held early next week.
