PERSONAL MATTERS

Mr. P. C. Freeth, formerly editor of tho Manawatu Daily Times, has joined the editorial staff of the Sydney Morning Herald.

The death occurred at Duneclin on Monday afternoon of Mrs. Sita B. Pedley, of Sydney, pastor of the Dunedin Spiritualist Church. Mrs. Pedley will be well remembered in Wellington, as she occupied the platform of the Wellington Spiritualist Church for some mouths, and made many friends here. The funeral took place in Dunedin this morning. Mr. Logan, of Dunedin, represented tbe National Association of Spiritualist Churches of New Zealand.
