At the Supreme Court to-day, David Thomas -Todd, lately schoolmaster at Clandelioye, who had been fonfld. guilty on indictment for assaulting a female pupil yesterday, and who pleaded guilty to similar offences concerning another girl, came up for sentence. Mr. Justice Sim said the accused had been convicted of a very serious offence, which was doubly serious, in the case of a person who had held a, position of trust. Ha passed sentence of eighteen months' imprisonment on^each indictment, the sentences'to be cumulative. !'•■'"
