Th« first proposal is to enable workers to be associated for co-operative working without the necessity of forming a company, though there may be more than ten persons associated.. The second part of the Bill was a proposal that came from Taranaki. At present ..dairy companies were allowed ;-to hold shares in other companies for certain' purposes;to which was added insurance business except life insurance.
