THE BELGIAN AGREEMENT
CANNES, 15th January. The Anglo-Belgian Pact has been amended, and now provides that in the event of direct unprovoked attack on Belgian territory Britain shall immediately come to Belgium's aid, with all her naval, military, and aerial forces. Belgium undertakes to employ all her military and aerial forces in defending her frontiers, and will not conclude any agreement incompatible with the Pact.
