THE ROYAL TOUR
DULL RECEPTION AT PATNA. (Received December 23, 2 p.m.) DELHI, 22nd December. The Prince of Wales returned from a big game shooting expedition in the jungles of Nepal on Thursday, and he has resumed his tour of British India, He arrived at Patna, where tho usual hartal resulted in the closing of all the bazaars. There were few people along the route, al&ough many came from the surrounding villages later in lorries provided by the authorities.
