HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
The House of Representatives met at 2.30 p.m. Mr. H. 'A. Atmore (Nelson) gave notice to ask the Minister for Railways if the Department still paid a canvasser to obtain advertisements for the railway time-table,'and if it were a fact that if tenders were called for as much as £1000 could be obtained. : '-, ■ : (Proceeding.)
