LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
Legislative Council met at 2.30 p.m. ' The Hon. O. Samuel presented the re^ port of the Committee on Standing Orders. The Committee recommended that the present Standing Orders be repealed, and the new Standing Orders submitted be enacted and come into operation at the next prorogation of Parliament. Six- Francis Bell gave notice of motion in this direction. (Proceeding.)
