BYLAW CASES
Additional bylaw eases were dealt with as follow by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., yesterday afternoon:—For failing to stop her motor-car wb.en requested to do so "by a constable, Doris Sullivan was fined l_os and 7 costs. For exceeding the speed limit, Patrick Symon was fined 20s and costs. J. J. Moore, who drovo an unlicensed motor-cycle, was fined 20s and costs. For plying for hire without being a licensed driver, John E. Radcliffc. was fined 20s and 7s costs. John M. Kerby, for driving a motor-car/ T>ast a stationary trampar, was fined 20s ar.d costs.
Owners of unregistered dogs were dealt with as follow:—Walter Bowator and Horace Jeyes were each fined 10s and costs, and H. Adams, R. Gamble, S. Paget, John Tofts, 3. : Vile, and Gladys Murray were ordered to pay 7s costs.
