Additional aggregates in the Golf Championship are : Kerrigan 298; Havers 299; Duncan 301; Williamson, Herd, LeWi. Kirkwood, Massy, Barnes, H-agen 302; Pursey, Mitchell 304. "i Kirkwood, interviewed1 by the Australian Press Agency, said he was disappointed with his last round, in which he felt He had an unusually rough spin of bad luck. The steward at the third hole put him off by shouting to the spectators, when he was taking drive, and at this Kirkwood protested. This rattled him for several holes. However, though he had hoped; and expected, to finish better he felt he had not disgraced Australian golf in, trying lot sixth place. , ,

Discussion is proceeding among the professionals over a £300 wager Ray made with a small Australian syndicate against Kirkwood finishing in the first six. The point is undecided.
